Air conditioning and heating can be controlled using the controller panel attached to the wall (below the wall pad) in the room.
Simultaneous use of both air conditioning and heating is not possible.
When heating is on, it operates through the air conditioner’s warm air function, not floor heating.
Air conditioning operation period: April ~ October (paused during winter)
Heating operation period: November ~ March (paused during summer)
Outside the specified periods, operation may vary depending on temperature and internal schedule.
Press the Power button (No.1) and check if the screen turns on.
Press the M button (No.2) to set the mode.(From the top left: Heating – Cooling – Ventilation)
Use button No.3 to adjust the temperature.
To adjust fan strength, press the Power button (No.1) briefly and set to your desired level.
To turn off the power, press and hold the Power button (No.1) for 3 seconds and confirm the screen is off.
Hot water is available at all times without any additional settings.
Q1. The air conditioner is on, but it’s not blowing cold air.
A1. Please make sure both the remote control and the wall controller are set to the same temperature.
Q2. I turned on the heating, but the room doesn’t feel warm.
A2. Please make sure both the remote control and the wall controller are set to the same temperature.
Q3. The heater is on, but the floor feels cold.
A3. At Nampo Branch, the heating system uses air circulation, so the floor does not get directly warm.
Q4. Hot water comes out at first but turns cold quickly.
A4. If the hot water tank’s internal volume is used up, cold water may temporarily come out. Please wait a moment and try again. If cold water continues, the water heater may be malfunctioning—please request staff assistance.
