  • On-site payment and individual purchases are available at the 38th floor information desk.

  • The 38th floor amenities are closed on the last Monday of every month for regular maintenance.

  • Facility access may change without notice based on operating policies and current conditions. Please check before use.

  • Infinity pool and fitness center access is only available as part of a package with the sauna.

  • Infinity Pool + Sauna: Adult ₩27,000 / Child ₩19,000

  • Fitness: ₩22,000 (Adults only)

  • Sauna: Adult ₩11,000 / Child ₩8,000

  • All-in-One Package: ₩44,000 (Adults only)

  • Pool Maintenance Hours : Part 1: 12:00–13:00(Part 1) /Part 2: 18:00–19:00(Part 2)

    • Part 3: 19:00–21:00

Sauna & Fitness Center :

  • Sauna Location: 37th Floor

  • Fitness Center Location: 38th Floor

    • Open: Mon–Sat (Closed: Last Monday of every month)

    • Operating hours : 09:00-21:00

    • Age requirement: 36+ months (Children under 13 must be accompanied)

    • Maintenance hours: 18:00–19:00

How to Use

  • If you booked an infinity pool package online, please visit the 38F front desk and show your check-in message to enter.

Rules

  • The infinity pool operates in 3 sessions per day.Please use the facility only during active session times.

  • Only one entry per day is allowed. Re-entry is not permitted.

  • Proper swimwear (e.g., rash guard, swimsuit) is required.T-shirts, shorts, and other casual wear are not permitted.

  • For hygiene, wearing a cap or swim cap is recommended.

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian.

  • Guests under 140cm must wear a life vest.

  • For safety, no diving or rough play. Please refrain from bringing water toys(e.g., beach balls, tubes, water guns, snorkels).

  • During peak hours, a waiting line may occur for safety reasons.

  • The shower room may be crowded. We recommend using the shower in your room.(Bath amenities are not provided in the shower room.)

  • Fitness Center: Please wear sneakers. Slippers are not allowed.

  • For waiting and relaxation only. No food or drinks allowed. Smoking on the terrace is prohibited.
