You can control the bedroom and living room air conditioning separately using the remote control.
Cooling / Auto / Dry / Fan modes are available and can be selected using the Mode button on the remote.
Heating mode is not available.
The Air Purifier button activates both the selected mode and the air purification function.
For heating, press the Heating button on the wall pad and set your desired temperature.

Tap the ‘Apps(앱스)’ icon highlighted in yellow at the top right to view the app list.
From the app list, select ‘Heating(난방)’, also highlighted in yellow.
After selecting Heating, you can adjust settings for the entire room or each zone individually.
Hot water is available after activating heating through the wall pad.
If you wish to use only hot water, first activate the heating on the wall pad.
Then, on the temperature controller located below the wall pad,
tap the ‘Heating/Outing(난방/외출)’ button (highlighted in yellow) and switch to ‘Outing(외출)’ mode as shown in the image.
Q1. The air conditioner is on, but the room isn't cool.
A1. Depending on the outside temperature, it may take time to cool the entire room.
If the room doesn’t cool down after some time, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Q2. The heating is on, but the room doesn’t feel warm.
A2. Since the system uses floor heating, it may take time to warm the entire room.
If the room doesn’t warm up after some time, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Q3. There's no hot water.
A3. Check if the room’s boiler is turned on.
If it’s off, turn on Heating using the wall pad,
then press Heating/Outing(난방/외출) on the temperature controller and switch to ‘Outing’(외출) mode.
