You can control the bedroom and living room air conditioning separately using the remote control.
Cooling / Auto / Dry / Fan modes are available and can be selected using the Mode button on the remote.
Heating mode is not available.
The Air Purifier button activates both the selected mode and the air purification function.
For heating, press the Heating button on the wall pad and set your desired temperature.
1. Press the Heating/Away button to switch to [Heating Mode]
2. Adjust temperature using ∧∨ buttons
3. Heating works only when set temp is higher than room temp
(e.g., Room: 23°C, Set: 23.5°C ✓)
※ Please avoid setting temperature too high
4. To turn off heating: Press Heating/Away button → [Away Mode]
※ Hot water only in this mode

Q1. The air conditioner is on, but the room isn't cool.
A1. Depending on the outside temperature, it may take time to cool the entire room.
If the room doesn’t cool down after some time, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Q2. The heating is on, but the room doesn’t feel warm.
A2. Since the system uses floor heating, it may take time to warm the entire room.
If the room doesn’t warm up after some time, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Q3. There's no hot water.
A3. Please check if the boiler is on. If off, please press the Heating/Away(난방/외출) button to switch to Away Mode.
