• All in-room TVs are Smart TVs.

• Netflix and YouTube are available (requires your own account).

• If you logged in directly to the TV, please make sure to log out before check-out.

• The left remote is the universal remote, and the right remote is the Theham TV remote.

• After pressing Input, connect to the HDMI channel marked in white (active) to use the TV.

• If the TV screen shows "No Signal"

  1. Make sure the TV power is turned on.

  2. Check if the white light on the set-top box is on.

     (The set-top box is located behind the TV.)

  3. White light on = Power On / Red light on = Power Off

• If the TV screen freezes

  1. Try turning the power on/off using the switch on the back of the set-top box.

1. Access the OTT service (e.g., TVING, YouTube) from your personal smartphone.

2. Press the pairing button at the top.

3. Select the available SmartTV name shown on your phone to pair.

4. No need for separate log-in/log-out; easy to use.

• You may use the laundry detergent placed on top of the washing machine.

• If you wish to dry your clothes, please use the drying function on the washer.

• Power On > Select desired wash mode > Add detergent > Close the door > Press Start

• If you press the Stop button during operation, the washer door will not open.

  Please restart the cycle and wait until it is completely finished.

• How to use: Use 25ml of detergent for a standard 10kg laundry load.

1. ① Press the button to remove the water tank and fill it with water.

2. ② Press the power button to turn it on and allow it to preheat.

3. ③ Press the button again to release steam during use.

• ③ If you push the button downwards, the steam will stay on continuously.

• Steam is very hot — please be careful to avoid burns.

Q1. The TV channels aren’t working and the remote doesn't respond.A1. Please press the Set-top Power button at the top-right of the black universal remote.

Q2. I turned off the dryer mid-cycle because I was in a hurry, but now the door won’t open.A2. If drying hasn't finished completely, the internal temperature may be too hot, preventing the door from opening.Please wait until the inside cools down before attempting to open the door.
