In two- and three-room units, the cutlery set is located in the inner drawer.

Coffee Machine
Place a compatible pot or pan on the designated burner.
Press the power button. A beep will sound, and the red LED will light up.
Press and hold the button for the burner you want to use. A beep will sound.
Select the desired heat level (1 to 9, or P for high power).
When cooking is done, press and hold the same burner button to turn it off.
If the stove is in lock mode, press the lock button until "LL" blinks on the display.
If the stove is running and in lock mode, press and hold the power button to turn off all burners and the power supply.
If any issue occurs, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Press any button to turn on the power.
Wait about 30 seconds for the machine to preheat.
Select your desired mode and adjust the extraction volume.
Insert the coffee capsule and select the mode again.
Enjoy your coffee :)
If the power doesn't turn on, please check the On/Off button next to the outlet.
Ensure the water tank is properly secured in place as shown.
After use, please run the hot water/cleaning cycle to keep the machine clean.
If you exceed the free capsule supply, additional capsules are available at 1,000 KRW per capsule.
Q1. Are cooking oils or seasonings like salt provided?A1. For hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided.
Q2. Can I cook inside the room?A2. Light cooking such as meal kits or instant noodles is allowed.
Q3. I followed the instructions, but the induction stove doesn’t work. What should I do?A3. Please check if the induction power has been cut off.
In studio-type rooms, the K-FIRE breaker is located under the ventilation hood. Check if the red indicator shows “Power Off.” Press and hold the ON/OFF switch until it turns green and displays “Power On.”
In two-room or larger units, the K-FIRE breaker is located on the front of the HAATZ hood. The procedure is the same as above.
Q4. One of the kitchen appliances is broken. Can it be replaced?A4. Please contact the Mobile Front Desk. We’ll verify and assist with a quick replacement.
