One free parking space is available per room.
An additional vehicle will be charged 3,000 KRW per 30 minutes.
(If parked without entering/exiting, a maximum daily fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged.)
A parking registration link will be provided via the check-in guide 2 days prior to and on the day of check-in.
Pre-registration is required before entry.
Once registered, you may freely enter and exit the parking lot.
If you experience any issues with parking registration, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.
Only vehicles under 2.1m in height may use the underground parking lot.
Parking support hours: Up to 1 hour before and after check-in/check-out.
Once your parking registration is complete, no additional charges will apply until check-out.
Electric vehicle charging is not currently available at Paragraph Haeundae.
Vehicles parked after the room stay has ended are not eligible for free parking.

Q1. Until when should I register my vehicle?
A1. We recommend registering immediately before or right after entry.
Please ensure registration is completed before exiting the vehicle.
Q2. By when should I exit the parking lot on check-out day?
A2. Please exit within 1 hour after check-out time.
Example: Check-out at 11:00 → Exit by 12:00 for free exit.
※ A late exit may incur additional charges.
Q3. Is monthly parking (season pass) available?
A3. This is processed separately through the building management office.
Q4. I didn’t register my vehicle and got charged. What should I do?
A4. No refunds will be provided for unregistered vehicles.
Please make sure to register in advance for smooth usage.
Q5. Is EV charging available?
A5. While EV chargers are installed, they are not currently in operation and cannot be used.
