Elevators are divided between low floors and high floors.
Elevators 1 & 2 (Right side)
Serve Low Floors: B5F to 18F (Retail / Guest Rooms)
Elevators 3 & 4 (Left side)
Serve High Floors: B5F to 6F (Retail), 18F to 42F (Guest Rooms)
Step 1.
Please check the elevator password sent in your check-in message (KakaoTalk alert).
Step 2.
Touch the keypad inside the elevator. Once activated, enter the password and then press the floor number you wish to go to.
