Check if the set-top box is turned on. Press the ‘Set-top Power’ button on the remote to turn it on.
(This is usually due to unpaired remote and TV)
Bring the remote close to the set-top box and press and hold the ‘Home’ + ‘OK(확인)’ buttons for 3 seconds.
Wait for the “Remote connected” message on the TV screen.
If the connection fails, repeat the process until it succeeds.

② Press the power button to turn it on and let it preheat.
③ Press the steam button to release steam during ironing.
③ Slide the button downward to continuously release steam.
The steam is very hot. Please be careful to avoid burns.

A1-1. Check external input → Try HDMI1 / HDMI2 etc.
A1-2. If the remote is unresponsive, try the remote pairing steps above.

A3. We provide a towel exchange service. Please contact the Mobile Front, and we will
replace your used towels with fresh ones.
