  • Only Netflix and YouTube are available via OTT (use your own account).

  • Screen mirroring is available only if you bring your own Chromecast.

  • If using a personal account, please make sure to log out before check-out.

  • If you forget to log out, you can log out remotely through your mobile app.

  1. Please follow the video guide and switch to the correct HDMI input.

  2. Check if the set-top box is turned on. Press the ‘Set-top Power’ button on the remote to turn it on.

(This is usually due to unpaired remote and TV)

  1. Bring the remote close to the set-top box and press and hold the ‘Home’ + ‘OK(확인)’ buttons for 3 seconds.

  2. Wait for the “Remote connected” message on the TV screen.

  3. If the connection fails, repeat the process until it succeeds.

  • No washing machine in the room.

※ Coin laundry rooms or laundry services are not provided.

  1. ① Press the button to remove the water tank and fill it with water.

  2. ② Press the power button to turn it on and let it preheat.

  3. ③ Press the steam button to release steam during ironing.

  • ③ Slide the button downward to continuously release steam.

  • The steam is very hot. Please be careful to avoid burns.

  • The hair dryer is stored in the designated pouch.

  • Please check inside the pouch for use.


Q1. The TV is on, but channels aren’t working and the remote doesn't respond.

A1-1. Check external input → Try HDMI1 / HDMI2 etc.

A1-2. If the remote is unresponsive, try the remote pairing steps above.

If it still doesn’t work, the battery may need replacing → Please contact Mobile Front.

Q2. There's no washing machine. Is there a place nearby for laundry?

A2. Yes, we can guide you to nearby coin laundromats:

Q3. There is no washing machine. Can I get extra towels?

A3. We provide a towel exchange service. Please contact the Mobile Front, and we will

replace your used towels with fresh ones.
