Q. The remote control isn’t working properly.
A. The remote has a short range. Please point it directly at the air conditioner’s sensor, or open the cover blocking the signal light.
Q. There’s no cool air coming out.
A. Press the “Mode” button until the snowflake icon appears on the remote—this indicates cooling mode.
Heating period: October to April (not available during summer)
The heating system will be suspended starting April 19, 2026, and will resume when the winter season begins.

You may adjust the room temperature using the wall pad in the bed room.
※ It may take 1-2 hours for the temperature to reach the desired level.
Press [난방] button and adjust the temperature with up and down button.
