3 troubleshooting steps

1. Check if the set-top box is turned on. If not, turn on the power and wait.

   1. Green light and red light on at the same time - Power OFF

   2. Two green lights on at the same time - Power ON

2. Unplug and replug the TV cable from the wall, then turn the TV back on.

3. Change the HDMI setting

   c. Use the round controller at the bottom right on the back of the TV to change HDMI.

   d. Press the OK button, then move up and down to navigate the sections.

   e. Select the HDMI section, press the OK button, and check if it works normally.

• The hair dryer is located inside the bathroom mirror cabinet.

1. ① Press the button to detach the water tank and fill it with water.

2. ② Press the button to turn on the power and allow it to preheat.

3. ③ Press the button to spray steam while in use.

• ③ Pull the button downward to keep the steam continuously on.

• Steam is very hot. Please be careful to avoid burns.

1. Add an appropriate amount of laundry detergent (next to the induction) into the blue main detergent compartment.

2. Press the red power button.

3. Set to the orange "Standard Wash" mode.

4. After adding detergent and setting the wash mode, close the door and press the yellow "Start/Pause" button.

Caution

1. Do not open the door while the washing machine is operating.

2. The door will not open immediately after the wash is complete. Do not force it open.

3. Drying function is not supported.

Q1. The TV is on, but no channels are showing and the remote doesn’t work.

A1. Please check if the set-top box is turned on separately from the TV. → Press the STB button on the top-right corner of the remote.

Try pressing the Input button on the remote and switch to HDMI1 / HDMI2 / HDMI3, etc.

If the remote is unresponsive, the batteries may be low or missing. → Please check and contact the Mobile Front Desk if battery replacement is needed.

Q2. The set-top box is on, but the TV won’t turn on and I don’t know why.

A2. The TV might be turned off. → Press the TV button on the top-right corner of the remote.

Q3. Where is the laundry detergent located?A3. The laundry detergent is placed on top of the washing machine, next to the induction stove.
