  • Seasonings are not provided. Please bring your own.

  • Grilling (meat/fish, etc.) that generates heavy smoke is not allowed.

  • During use, an E1 error may occur.

  • This is a simple issue that can be resolved with the following steps:

  1. Touch the two lock buttons (clock symbols) simultaneously for 2 seconds.

  1. Touch and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

  1. After following these steps, the lock will be released, and the stove should operate normally.

  • If the issue persists, please contact the Mobile Front Desk for further assistance.

  1. Fill the water tank with bottled water from the refrigerator.

  2. Press the Espresso or Lungo button to turn on the machine.

  3. Lift the handle and insert a capsule.

  4. Lower the handle and place a cup under the spout.

  5. Press either the Espresso or Lungo button to brew.


Q1. Are seasonings like cooking oil or salt provided?

A1. Due to hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided.

Q2. Can I cook in the room?

A2. Light cooking such as meal kits or instant noodles is allowed.

Grilling meat or fish that produces heavy smoke is not permitted.

Q3. I followed the instructions, but the induction stove doesn’t work. What should I do?

A3. Please contact the Mobile Front Desk. We will assist you promptly.

Q4. A kitchen appliance is broken. Can it be replaced?

A4. Yes, please contact the Mobile Front Desk. We’ll check and replace it as quickly as possible.
