Q1. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A1. Yes, you can. The storage room location and password are provided in your check-in message.
Q2. Can I store food in the luggage room?
A2. We kindly ask that you do not store food or have others retrieve items on your behalf from the luggage room.
Q3. Until when can I use the luggage room?
A3. The luggage room is available until 6:00 PM on your check-out day.
Make sure to attach a luggage tag when storing your items.
Items without a tag or left for over 7 days from initial storage may be discarded.
