Please show your reservation message to the parking office at the mechanical tower to use the parking for a fee. (Card payment ONLY)
Please register your vehicle and complete prepayment with the staff. (If not registered, the vehicle will be treated as an external vehicle.)
Staff working hours: 09:00–23:00 (Vehicle registration is not available outside of working hours.)
If no staff are present, please park your vehicle directly into the parking tower.
If a non-eligible vehicle attempts to enter the parking machine, vehicle damage or equipment malfunction may occur. In such cases, compensation for vehicle damage will not be provided, and repair costs for parking equipment may be charged.

Day Parking (24 hours): 10,000 KRW
Monthly Parking (5 nights or more): 44,000 KRW
External Vehicles / 1 hour: 3,000 KRW
After 1 hour: 2,000 KRW per 30 minutes
For 2 hours: 3,000 KRW + 4,000 KRW = 7,000 KRW
Monthly parking fee applies from 5 nights until checkout (up to 30 nights).(e.g. 7-night stay = 7-night parking with monthly rate)
Discount rate is available for 1 vehicle per room.
(Additional vehicles are treated as external.)
For stays exceeding 24 hours, the additional time is charged at external vehicle rates.
Only vehicles under the following limits can be parked:
Length: 5.2m / Width: 2.1m
Height: 1.5m (Sedan), 1.8m (SUV)
Weight: Under 2 tons
Please check your vehicle's official specifications before visiting.
Electric vehicles cannot be parked due to weight restrictions and safety concerns.
Please note that there are no EV chargers at the Busan City Hall branch.
Refer to the list of restricted vehicle types. (Same class or larger vehicles are not allowed.)
※ If the parking lot is full, parking is not available, and you will need to use nearby parking at your own expense.
※ Prepayment for the stay duration guarantees a parking space and allows unlimited in/out during the period.
※ Elevators and parking areas can be crowded at checkout time, so we recommend checking out with at least 30 minutes buffer.

Q1. How is parking charged if it exceeds 24 hours?
A1. Parking is charged at 10,000 KRW per 24 hours from entry time.
If exceeding 24 hours:
First 1 hour: 3,000 KRW
After 1 hour: 2,000 KRW per 30 min
Example: 2-hour excess = 3,000 KRW + 4,000 KRW = 7,000 KRW
Q2. If I arrive late and there is no staff, do I need to park myself?
A2. Yes, please park directly. Instructions are in the guide and posted next to the parking tower. Please make the payment when staff is available.
Q3. Is monthly parking not available?
A3. Monthly parking (5 nights or more) is available at 44,000 KRW.
※ Monthly parking may not be available depending on on-site conditions.
Q4. I cannot use mechanical parking. Is there any other parking inside the building?
A4. Only mechanical parking is available. If ineligible, please use a nearby external parking lot.
Q5. Are EV chargers available?
A5. No EV charging facilities are available in the building.
