Please register your vehicle and complete prepayment with the staff. (If not registered, the vehicle will be treated as an external vehicle.)
Staff working hours: 06:00–23:00 (Vehicle registration is not available outside of working hours.)
If no staff are present, please park your vehicle directly in the parking tower.
If a non-eligible vehicle attempts to enter the parking machine, vehicle damage or equipment malfunction may occur. In such cases, compensation for vehicle damage will not be provided, and repair costs for parking equipment may be charged.

Day parking (24 hours): 10,000 KRW
Monthly parking (5 nights or more): 44,000 KRW
External vehicle / first hour: 3,000 KRW
After the first hour: 2,000 KRW per 30 minutes
For 2 hours: 3,000 KRW + 4,000 KRW = 7,000 KRW
The monthly parking fee applies from 5 nights until checkout, up to 30 nights. (Example: A 7-night stay allows parking for 7 nights at the monthly rate.)
The discounted rate is available for up to 1 vehicle per room. (Additional vehicles are treated as external vehicles.)
For stays exceeding 24 hours, the additional time is charged at the external vehicle rate.
Only vehicles within the following limits can be parked:
Length 5.2 m, width 2.1 m, height 1.5 m for sedans or 1.8 m for SUVs, and weight under 2 tons.
Please check the actual specifications shown on the vehicle registration certificate before visiting.
Electric vehicles cannot use the parking facility due to weight restrictions and safety concerns.
There is no EV charging station at the Urbanstay Busan City Hall parking lot.
Please check the restricted vehicle types below. Vehicles of the same class or a higher class cannot use the parking facility.
※ If the parking lot is full, parking is not available. Please use a nearby parking lot separately; parking fees are not supported.
※ Prepaying the parking fee for your stay secures a parking space and allows free entry and exit during that period.
※ Elevators and the parking lot can be crowded at checkout time, so we recommend allowing about 30 minutes extra before leaving.
Parking tower entry instructions are posted on the left side of the parking tower entrance. Self-entry is required outside staffed hours (06:00–23:00).

Turn the 'Door Select' lever below the control panel toward 'Open'.
Use the tower only when the indicator light above the entrance is green. If it is red, the tower is operating, so please wait a moment.
Parking tower exit instructions are posted on the left side of the parking tower entrance.
If the property parking lot is full or your vehicle cannot enter, please use one of the nearby parking lots below.
Parking Lot 1. Heungkuk Private Parking Lot
Address: 25, Bansong-ro, Yeonje-gu, Busan (lot number: 588-8, Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan)
Operating hours: 24 hours
Parking fee: up to 20,000 KRW per calendar day(not per 24 hours.)
For a 1-night stay may cost up to 40,000 KRW (20,000 KRW × 2 calendar days).
Features: Convenient for large vehicles (SUVs and vans), with a relatively low chance of being full. EV charging is not available.
Parking Lot 2. Yeonil Market Public Parking Lot
Address: 8, Gopun-ro 13beon-gil, Yeonje-gu, Busan (lot number: 675-9, Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan)
Distance to the property: About 5 minutes on foot
Operating hours: 24 hours
Parking fee: 15,000 KRW per 24 hours
Features: Five EV chargers are available. The lot may be full in the evening, on weekends, and on public holidays.

Q1. How is parking charged if it exceeds 24 hours?

A2. Yes. Please park the vehicle yourself. The instructions are available in this guide and posted on the wall next to the mechanical parking tower. Please pay the parking fee when staff are available.

A3. It is available. Monthly parking for stays of 5 nights or more costs 44,000 KRW.

Q4. If I cannot use mechanical parking, is there another parking area in the building?
A4. Only mechanical parking is available. If you cannot use it, please use a nearby external parking lot separately.
