※ In accordance with lost item regulations, items without luggage tags or stored for more than 7 days from the initial storage date will be discarded.

Due to restrictions on building access, parcel deliveries cannot be made directly to guest rooms.
If using a delivery service, please request delivery to the 2nd Floor Urbanstay Lounge Luggage Storage and share the password.
Advance parcel deliveries prior to check-in are not allowed.
Due to access restrictions, food delivery cannot reach your room directly.
Please meet the driver at the main entrance on the 1st floor (next to the CU convenience store).
If using luggage delivery services (KTX station, airport, courier, etc.), please provide the luggage storage address for pickup/drop-off.

Q. Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes, you can. The location and password for the luggage room are provided in the check-in message.
Q2. Can I store food in the luggage room?
A2. We kindly ask for your understanding that storing food or receiving deliveries via the luggage room is not allowed.
Q3. Until when can I use the luggage room?
A3. It is available until 6:00 PM on the check-out day.
Please make sure to attach a luggage tag when storing your items.
Items without a tag or stored for more than 7 days from the first day of storage will be discarded.
Q4. Can I send parcels or order food in advance before check-in?
A4. We kindly ask that you only receive deliveries (parcels or food) while you are staying in the room.
Please note that we are unable to receive any items on your behalf. Also, due to elevator security, deliveries cannot be made directly to your room, which may lead to loss or misdelivery.
