Vehicles of similar specs to the above are also not permitted. Even if your vehicle is not listed, if it does not meet the spec requirements, parking may be denied.

Q1. What happens if I park beyond the 24-hour period?
A1. If you park before 2 PM on check-in day or leave after 2 PM on check-out day, an additional daily fee will apply.
Example 1: 1 PM check-in, 3 PM check-out → 3 charges = KRW 9,000
Example 2: 3 PM check-in, 3 PM check-out → 2 charges = KRW 6,000
Example 3: 2 PM check-in, 2 PM check-out → 1 charge = KRW 3,000
Q2. Is the parking lot operated by Urbanstay Busan Songdo Beach?
A2. No, parking is managed by an external contractor.
Q3. What if I need to enter/exit during unstaffed hours?
A3. From 10 PM to 7 AM, there is no staff on site.
Please use the machine manually to park or exit.
If arriving late at night, please park first and pay later (next day) via staff assistance.
Q4. Is monthly parking available?
A4. Monthly parking is not available. Parking is charged per day only.
Q5. Can I pay in advance before exiting?
A6. Advance card payment is required. Post-payment is not accepted.
Q6. Is EV charging available?
A6. No EV charging station is available within the building.
