[FAQ] How to Request Room Cleaning

  • To respect your personal space and provide a relaxing stay, room cleaning is only provided before check-in. Regular cleaning is not included during your stay.

  • If you need cleaning services during your stay, please make a request through the Mobile Front Desk at least one day in advance. (Paid service)

  • Choose one of the following time slots:

    • A. 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • B. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

※ Cleaning can only be done when the guest is not in the room.

  • Same-day cleaning requests or cancellations are not available.

  • Photos will be taken after cleaning to confirm room condition.

  • Table surfaces will not be organized.

  • If you want trash removed, please place it in the trash bin. (Recyclables should be placed next to the bin.)

  • If personal belongings are left on the bed, we may not be able to replace the linens. Please store them on a shelf inside the wardrobe.

  • The accommodation is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to follow the above guidelines.
