To respect your personal space and provide a relaxing stay, room cleaning is only provided before check-in. Regular cleaning is not included during your stay.
If you need cleaning services during your stay, please make a request through the Mobile Front Desk at least one day in advance. (Paid service)
Choose one of the following time slots:
A. 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
B. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
※ Cleaning can only be done when the guest is not in the room.
Same-day cleaning requests or cancellations are not available.
Photos will be taken after cleaning to confirm room condition.
Table surfaces will not be organized.
If you want trash removed, please place it in the trash bin. (Recyclables should be placed next to the bin.)
If personal belongings are left on the bed, we may not be able to replace the linens. Please store them on a shelf inside the wardrobe.
The accommodation is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to follow the above guidelines.
