[FAQ] I Didn’t Receive My Check-In Information

  • On the day of check-in, at 1PM, your room number and door code will be sent to the contact information provided in your reservation via email, KakaoTalk, or SMS.

  • If you made a reservation through the booking sites (Agoda, Airbnb, Trip.com, etc.) or provided incorrect booking information, you need to re-register your contact information using the method below.

  • If you need to modify your contact information or require check-in information to be resent on your check-in day, please click <link> to apply.

2. Update Info & Resend Check-in Details

  • After entering your reservation number, please verify that your booking information is correct.

    If necessary, you can directly modify your domestic contact number and email address.

  • If you complete your updates before the check-in day, the check-in guide will be sent properly at 1PM on the day of check-in.

  • If you update your information on the day of check-in, please allow approximately 15 minutes for the system to process the changes and resend the check-in guide.
