On the day of check-in, at 1PM, your room number and door code will be sent to the contact information provided in your reservation via email, KakaoTalk, or SMS.
If you made a reservation through the booking sites (Agoda, Airbnb, Trip.com, etc.) or provided incorrect booking information, you need to re-register your contact information using the method below.

2. Update Info & Resend Check-in Details
After entering your reservation number, please verify that your booking information is correct.
If necessary, you can directly modify your domestic contact number and email address.
If you complete your updates before the check-in day, the check-in guide will be sent properly at 1PM on the day of check-in.
If you update your information on the day of check-in, please allow approximately 15 minutes for the system to process the changes and resend the check-in guide.
