If you believe you left something behind in the room after check-out, please follow the steps below to inquire:

  • How to Inquire

  • To help us locate your item quickly, please include the following details:

    • Room number

    • Date of stay

    • Description of the item (e.g., design, color)

  • How to Receive Your Item

    • Courier (Cash on Delivery)

    • On-site pickup

  • Important Notes

    • All items stored in the refrigerator (such as food or beverages) will be discarded immediately, regardless of whether they have been opened.

    • Lost items will be stored for up to 7 days, after which they will be discarded.
