Pool entry wristbands are provided in the room and match the number of guests for the reserved room type.

Entry may be delayed during peak usage times.
Only guests wearing the wristbands provided at check-in may enter the pool. Entry is restricted without a wristband.
Entry is allowed up to 30 minutes before each session ends. Pool use is not permitted before check-in or after check-out.
Please wear appropriate swimwear, rash guards, and swim caps. Excessively revealing clothing may restrict access within the building.
Elevator use is not allowed while wet. Dry off with a towel before use.
Please bring body towels from the room and return them afterward.

Only children's tubes are allowed; all other water toys are prohibited.
For safety and cleanliness, food and pets are not permitted.
Valuables cannot be stored on the 21st floor. Please keep them in your Room if needed.
Only bottled water is allowed. Other food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Guests who are intoxicated or have infectious diseases may be restricted from using the facility.
Operations may be suspended due to severe weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds.

Guests are responsible for any accidents or damages due to negligence or failure to follow safety rules.However, incidents resulting from facility management issues are subject to related laws.
Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are responsible for supervising minors to prevent accidents.
