  • At the entrance to the building's first floor or basement parking, our staff will assist you with vehicle registration and prepayment.

  • You may park your vehicle yourself or receive assistance from our parking staff.

    • If no staff are present, please contact the parking office booth or the parking attendant at the 1st floor lobby.

    • During weekends and peak seasons, parking spaces may be limited. If the lot is full, we kindly ask for your understanding as you may need to park along nearby streets.

    • Height limit for basement entry: 2.1m

    • EV charging: 6 slow chargers are available on B2 level.

  • Guests: 7,000 KRW per night / 40,000 KRW per month (Card payment only)

  • You can request vehicle retrieval in one of the following three ways — please choose the most convenient for you:

  • Web: Tap [Request Vehicle Exit] and enter the last 4 digits of your license plate.

  • QR Code: Scan the QR ticket you received upon entry and enter the last 4 digits of your license plate.

  • Tablet at 1F Lobby: Enter the last 4 digits of your license plate on the tablet.

*After your request, please check the designated vehicle pick-up location on the exit confirmation screen near the 1F lobby.

*We recommend checking out about 30 minutes early, as elevators and the parking area may be busy during peak checkout times.
