Parking registration is required before check-in. (If not registered, parking fees will be charged and are non-refundable.)
At the entrance on the 1st floor, please follow the staff’s instructions to your assigned parking area.
For mechanical parking, you will need to park the vehicle yourself.
SUVs and large vehicles must use the self-parking area as guided by staff.
When assigned to a self-parking space, staff will open the stopper for you.
During off-season nights, staff may not be on duty. All stoppers will remain open for use.
Please retrieve your car from the same parking area where you entered.
During check-out time, there may be delays due to multiple exit requests. Please allow extra time.
Parking space may be limited during peak season and weekends. If full, please use nearby street parking zones.
Basement parking height limit: 2.1m
