  • Parking Fee (prepaid): ₩5,000/night, ₩60,000/month

  • Free entry and exit available until check-out once prepaid

  • Go down to B1 and ask the valet booth staff for parking assistance.

  • After handing over your vehicle, please make the required prepayment at the kiosk next to the B1 elevator.

  • The kiosk screen displays "Exit Request" as the first option, but this leads to the payment screen.

    • Even after payment, exit is not processed automatically. Exit is only available via mobile exit request.

Valet booth on B1 is not in operation during this time.

Go to B2 and request parking assistance at the valet office.

After handing over your vehicle, please make the required prepayment at the B1 kiosk near the elevator.

* Please note that parking is not available when the lot is full. In such cases, use a nearby public parking lot (Samsan 2 Public Parking Lot) at your own expense.

    2. Enter your car plate number

    3. Check the status and receive your car at the designated location

      (Exit Location: Entrance of 1F parking lot)

※ Vehicles are usually ready at the 1F entrance within 5–10 minutes after the request.

  • Please request exit according to your schedule.

  • During peak hours, exit may take longer.

  • It is recommended to check out 30 minutes early as the elevator and parking may be crowded at check-out time.

Q1. How do I make the prepayment?

A1. After handing your vehicle to the valet staff in the underground parking lot, make the payment at the kiosk located in the B1 elevator hall.

Q2. Can I schedule a mobile exit request in advance?

A2. No. Once you request via mobile, it is processed immediately and in order of request.

Typically takes 5–10 minutes. May take longer on weekends or holidays.

Q3. Is monthly parking available?

A3. Yes, the monthly parking fee is ₩60,000. Please inquire with the valet team for details.

Q4. I exited without registering my car, and I was charged. Can I get a refund?

A4. Refunds are not available if your car was not registered in advance. Please make sure to register your vehicle beforehand.

Q5. I need to park more than one car. What is the procedure?

A5. As this is a paid parking facility, an additional ₩5,000/night is required.

To receive the discounted rate, please contact the mobile front desk in advance.

If not registered, regular charges (no discount) will apply.

Q6. Can I charge my electric vehicle?

A6. While parking is available for electric vehicles, charging stations are not provided.
