All branches proceed with direct check-in.
On the day of check-in at 11 AM, UrbanStay will send your room information via KakaoTalk or SMS.
In the message, you can check your room number and password.
At your check-in time, please go directly to the room and enter the password to enter.
If the door lock is not working, please check the following steps in order.
Door lock password input error
If you enter the wrong password, the door lock will beep and the door will not open.
Please carefully enter the password again, slowly and accurately.
Battery discharge
If you touch the entire door lock with your palm and there is no response, or if the red light is blinking, the battery may be discharged.
What to Do
09:00 – 23:00
Please contact the branch number or mobile front desk included in your check-in message.
Our staff will assist you with entering the room.
23:00 – 09:00 (Late Night Hours)
An emergency door lock kit is available inside the luggage storage room.
Contents:
AA batteries (for the door lock)
9V battery
How to use:
If the door opens but you hear a “beep beep” sound, the battery is low.→ Please replace the AA batteries using the ones provided in the emergency kit.
If the door lock does not respond at all, connect the 9V battery to the contact point on the bottom of the door lock.→ This will temporarily power the lock, allowing you to enter your PIN and unlock the door.
After entering the room, please leave us a message. We will visit your room in the morning to check and replace the batteries if necessary.
Important Note
If you entered the correct PIN but the door still does not open, it may be due to an air pressure difference between the hallway and the room, causing the door to be tightly sealed.
In this case, try gently pushing the door inward (toward the room) and then pulling it open.
